ORDERING
The presentation of the products in the online store, i.e. our website, does not represent a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. We do our best to ensure that the content on our online store is correct, up-to-date, and complete, but no rights can be derived from content that is incorrect, not current, and/or incomplete. The images of the products may differ slightly from the product you will receive.
By placing an order, you agree to a binding order of the articles in the shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after the order has been placed.
Should products be out of stock, unavailable, or sold-out, you will be informed. If delivery is temporarily not possible, the order, if possible, will be reserved. In the case of sold-out products, you may choose to cancel the order or to be put on a waiting list for potential re-supplies.
In accordance with Danish law (Markedsføringslovens § 10, stk. 2 on e-mail marketing of ‘related products’ to customers who have provided an e-mail address in connection with a purchase; https://danskelove.dk/markedsf%C3%B8ringsloven/10) we automatically sign up everyone who purchases one of our products to our newsletter. You can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. There is an ‘unsubscribe’ link in the bottom of each newsletter. You may also send an e-mail to info@360roadbooks.com with your request to unsubscribe. We will remove you from our mailing list without delay.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices in our online store are including VAT. The VAT rate that is applied to your order depends on the country in which you are located. This means that the price excluding VAT is different from country to country. In many cases, we send our products to consumers from a warehouse in Germany. We use a German VAT number for this purpose.
We offer a number of different payment methods:
- Credit card: e.g. VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of the goods.
- Local payment options: e.g. iDeal, Bancontact, MobilePay
- Paypal.
Depending on the preferred payment method, additional charges may apply. These charges will be specified before confirmation of your order.

360 ROADBOOKS does not receive or store your payment information.
